IFE Approved Online Training Course

Current legislation, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, applies to all workplaces regardless of the number of employees and requires employers to provide adequate training in fire awareness for all members of their staff. Our IFE approved online fire safety training course is aimed at all employees to assist them in identifying and reducing the risk that fire presents in the workplace.

The structure of this content is covered in 5 modules.
Module 1 - Chemistry of Fire
Module 2 - Common causes of fire
Module 3 - Safety features within buildings
Module 4 - Fire extinguishers
Module 5 - What to do if a fire occurs

Each module is followed by a short set of randomised questions; these tests must be completed before the course is completed.
Upon completion of the course each of your employees will receive a certificate.
The e learning platform includes comprehensive administrative access that enables real time control of each end user client account and individual user.

To supplement the above online training course I provide a practical hands on demonstration in how to use a fire extinguisher at your premises encouraging your staff to HAVE A GO.

ALTERNATIVE ON SITE FIRE TRAINING COURSE 

I offer a practical training program, which will check your employees understanding of what to do in the event of a fire.  

  The program, which normally lasts an hour, includes the following:

  1     A general talk about fire safety.

2     The showing of a fire safety video.

3        Questions and answers reflecting on the content of film.

4        A practical hands on demonstration using extinguishers.
